Monday 11 May with Andrew Mcleish – Michelin starred chef of Kent’s Chapter One ( and where Gary Usher trained!).

Tuesday 26 May with Jesse Dunford Wood – Best known as the chef-owner of London favourites Parlour in Kensal Green and Six Portland Road in Holland Park. One of the only British chefs to have worked with legendary American chef Charlie Trotter.
